Shes half Filipino and half scottish....like a mixture of kel and kat lol...so shes not fully asia...well thats why she look kinda latin..

As far as I know her mother is from Davao, hmm  thinking of talking Visaya with her.. I wish for that ^^Wink

Yeah.. I have an news article about Fely in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, it says that Fely comes from Davao because of her mom.
